Senator Takubo moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
Eng. House Bill 4381—A Bill to amend and reenact §20-2B-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to lifetime hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses for adopted and foster children; providing for residents under 12 years of age who have been legally adopted to receive their lifetime hunting, fishing, and trapping license within two years from date of entry of the order or decree of adoption; providing for residents under 12 years of age who are in foster care to receive their lifetime hunting, fishing, and trapping license within six months from date of placement; and providing fee for qualifying adopted and foster children to receive lifetime hunting, fishing, and trapping license of one half of the adult fee.
